The Rear Door Slide Lock is a simple yet highly effective upgrade for anyone running a Canopy Camper. Designed to keep the rear door firmly in the open position, this stabilising mechanism stops the door from swinging shut when you’re parked on uneven or sloped terrain—something every camper has dealt with at one time or another. Whether you're grabbing gear, cooking from your rear kitchen setup, or simply moving in and out of the camper, the Slide Lock delivers smooth, consistent and reliable control.
Built to handle real touring conditions, the Rear Door Slide Lock is engineered to support additional weight commonly mounted on the Canopy Camper rear door, including spare wheels. The solid, easy-to-use locking system gives you confidence when operating your setup on challenging ground, ensuring the rear door stays exactly where you want it.
Compatible with both mid-size and full-size Canopy Campers, this upgrade is a smart addition for travellers using their rear door as a workstation, kitchen access point or storage doorway. It enhances safety, convenience and day-to-day usability while maintaining the durability expected from serious touring equipment.
Why the Rear Door Slide Lock?
Because real-world camping environments aren’t always flat—and your setup shouldn’t depend on perfect conditions. This compact, robust lock provides peace of mind and hands-free access so you can focus on the adventure, not the door behind you.
