EGR Fender Flares for Ford Ranger RA PHEV XLT/Sport (2025 onwards) — Australian-made, CAD-designed for the new PHEV-specific bumper geometry. Vacuum-formed UV-stable ABS, robotically trimmed, finished in OEM-matched paint for the 2025 colour palette.
Why PHEV-specific flares?
The PHEV Ranger has different front-end geometry due to the plug-in charging port and revised bumper design. These flares are engineered for that exact layout — not the ICE Ranger RA XLT/Sport.
